Thank you for participating in Star Makers student activities. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund rules regarding fees collected from students:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where a student has unintentionally submitted a double entry for a particular activity.
- The request for a refund must be made within 15 days of the double entry being identified.
2. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, the student or their parent/guardian must contact Star Makers via info@starmakersgroup.com and provide details of the double entry.
- Upon verification of the double entry, Star Makers will initiate the refund process.
3. Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be equal to the fees collected for the duplicate entry only.
- Any applicable processing fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Method of Refund:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the fee payment.
- If the original payment method is not available for refund, Star Makers will work with the student or their parent/guardian to arrange an alternative refund method.
5. Timelines for Refund:
- Star Makers will endeavor to process refund requests promptly upon verification of the double entry.
- The timeframe for the refund to reflect in the student's account may vary depending on the payment method and banking processes. However, we aim to complete refunds within [specify timeframe, e.g., 14 days] of the refund request being approved.
6. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Please note that fees collected for activities other than duplicate entries are non-refundable.
